Terms of distance sale
1. The seller
These terms govern the distance sale of goods through this website. The seller is FORZATS EDPK, company number 208929400, registered at 58 Slavyanska Str., Dabovo 6178, Maglizh Municipality, Stara Zagora Region, Bulgaria, e-mail box@flyleaf.su, phone +359 879 441 559 (the “Seller”).
VAT identification number: on request.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed through the website; registration is not required. Before confirming, the buyer sees the goods, the unit price, the delivery cost and the total payable.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order to the e-mail address given by the buyer. The confirmation lists the goods, the price, the delivery cost and the delivery time.
The Seller may decline an order if the item is out of stock or the delivery details are incomplete; any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and are final for the consumer. Where the Seller is VAT-registered, prices include VAT; until registration no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice is issued.
Payment is made by bank transfer to on request at on request, or by card where that option is offered at checkout. Goods are dispatched once payment is received, unless payment on delivery has been agreed.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms, times and prices are set out on the Delivery page and form part of these terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the courier hands the goods over.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The conditions and the standard form are on the Returns and complaints page.
6. Guarantee and complaints
Goods carry the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity from delivery. Complaints are sent to box@flyleaf.su or to the Seller’s address, stating the order, the item and how it fails to conform.
7. Nature of the goods
The items are handwoven from natural materials. Variation in shade, weave and dimensions within what is usual for handwork is not a defect and is not a ground for complaint. See About the goods.
8. Disputes
A consumer may turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection and to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. The supervisory authority and the platform link are shown at the foot of the legal pages.
9. Changes
The Seller may amend these terms. A concluded contract is governed by the version in force when the order was confirmed.
