Can I send a gift straight to someone?
Yes. At checkout you can ship to a different name and address than the buyer's — we never include prices in the parcel. A gift card or a digital gift (like the personal book) can be scheduled to arrive by e-mail on a chosen date, with your own message attached.
Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?
We ship to Bulgaria (Speedy or Econt, to an office, an address or a Box Now locker) and across the EU by tracked courier (DPD, or DHL Express for faster delivery). Rates and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I pay with a gift card and a card together?
Yes. Add the gift card code at checkout — its balance is applied to the order first, and if it doesn't cover the whole total, the rest is charged to your card in the same payment.
I run a shop — how do I order at trade price?
Get in touch and we'll set you up with a wholesale account. Trade pricing starts at 6 pieces per item, the minimum first order is €150 (no minimum on repeat orders over €80), and invoices are payable within 7 days, with 50% upfront on the first order.
