What we process and why

• Order data — name, e-mail, phone, delivery address. Basis: performance of the contract. Without them the order cannot be fulfilled.

• Accounting data — payment details and the sales document. Basis: legal obligation.

• Correspondence — the messages you send us. Basis: our legitimate interest in replying and in tracking a complaint.

Who receives them

The courier delivering the parcel and the payment service provider, only to the extent needed for delivery and payment. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing.

How long we keep them

Order data is kept until the guarantee and limitation periods expire; accounting documents for the period required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Requests go to box@flyleaf.su. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, https://cpdp.bg).
