About the goods

Handweaving

The items are woven by hand from natural materials — rattan, ata, palmyra, seagrass. Each one is made separately, so shade, weave and dimensions differ slightly from the photograph and from the next piece. That is not a defect but the mark of handwork.

Materials and care

Natural fibre dislikes prolonged damp and direct sun. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth, dry in the shade, store somewhere airy. Do not machine-wash and do not iron.

Dimensions

The dimensions in the description are measured on the actual item and may vary by about a centimetre, as handwork does.

Manufacturer and EU responsible person

Each item’s page states the manufacturer, the responsible person in the European Union, the country of origin and the material, as required by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

The responsible person in the EU within the meaning of the Regulation is FORZATS EDPK, company number 208929400, address 58 Slavyanska Str., Dabovo 6178, Maglizh Municipality, Stara Zagora Region, Bulgaria, e-mail box@flyleaf.su, phone +359 879 441 559. Questions about product safety and reports of a problem are received at that address.

Safety

The items are intended for household use as bags, baskets and decoration. They are not children’s toys and are not intended to carry loads beyond what the description states. If you find a safety problem, write to box@flyleaf.su — the report is examined and corrective measures are taken where needed.
