Right of withdrawal and complaints

14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party nominated by them, takes possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right, the consumer informs FORZATS EDPK by an unequivocal statement — by e-mail to box@flyleaf.su or by post to 58 Slavyanska Str., Dabovo 6178, Maglizh Municipality, Stara Zagora Region, Bulgaria. The standard form below may be used but is not mandatory. The deadline is met if the statement is sent before the period expires.

Returning the goods

The goods are sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification. The direct cost of returning them is borne by the consumer.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of the initial delivery (up to the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller), no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The refund is made using the same means of payment unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the consumer supplies proof of dispatch.

When withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and in the other cases listed in Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Handwork and complaints

The items are handwoven: differences in shade, weave and dimensions within the range usual for handwork are not defects. A defect is torn or unravelled weave, a broken handle, a missing part, or goods that do not match the description.

Goods carry the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity from delivery. Complaints go to box@flyleaf.su or to the Seller’s address with the order number, a description of the non-conformity and photographs. The consumer may claim repair, replacement, a price reduction or rescission of the contract on the terms set by law.
