Where the parcel starts

The stock sits in a warehouse in Bulgaria and ships from there — delivery takes days rather than weeks, and returns do not travel to Indonesia.

Bulgaria

Delivery is by courier (Econt or Speedy) to an office or to an address. The usual time is 1–3 working days from confirmation of payment. The delivery charge is calculated at checkout from the weight and the chosen collection method, and is shown before payment.

European Union

Delivery to other EU countries is arranged on request at box@flyleaf.su. Time and price depend on the country and the weight and are confirmed in writing before payment.

Receiving and checking

On delivery the buyer may inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence. If the packaging or the goods are visibly damaged, a report is drawn up with the courier and the Seller is notified at box@flyleaf.su within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs of the parcel.

If a parcel is not collected and returns to the Seller, the amount paid is refunded less the delivery and return costs actually incurred.

Passing of risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment the courier hands the goods over.
