Questions

Can I mix variants in one pack?

Yes — the pack multiple is per unit, not per variant. 6 bags can be 3 natural and 3 dark.

Is there exclusivity by city?

No. We don't ask partners for exclusivity, and we don't grant it by city either.

What if a batch is late?

Reserving from a batch needs no prepayment, and you pay by invoice after delivery, so a delay doesn't hold your money. We write to you with the new date and ship within 48 hours of arrival.

Do you provide window and shelf materials?

Yes, we send shelf and window materials to approved partners.

Do you sell online in my country?

We ship across the EU, and partners may sell our things both in store and online.
