How a mixed order ships

Items in stock leave within 24 hours. Pre-ordered items ship separately when their batch lands — you pay one delivery fee, not two. Digital books and gift cards are emailed on the date you choose and never need an address.

Payment

Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay, all in EUR. A gift card can cover part or all of an order; the remainder stays on the card. Partner stores pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

Gift orders

Choose gift wrap in the cart and the parcel goes out with a handwritten card and no prices or invoice inside. The invoice goes to your email. If you send it straight to the recipient, the courier calls them, not you.
